Working throughout the development of ORBMAN my task was to create a series of chiptune-esque tracks to act as the soundtrack for the game. The soundtrack needed to not only reflect the retro visuals of the game but also reflect the fast paced nature of the on-screen, creating a constant sense of urgency and subconsciously nudging the player into playing at an increasingly faster speed.
